Both US entities — Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC and Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC — operate within and under this Privacy Policy as the governing parent document. Each entity's supplemental privacy policy addresses additional legal requirements arising from their registration and operations in the United States.

This Privacy Policy serves as the governing parent document for the TADA Business Group family of companies. Both Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC and Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC operate under this policy and maintain their own supplemental privacy policies to address legal requirements specific to their registration and operations in the United States (Wyoming).

In the event of any conflict between this policy and a supplemental policy, the supplemental policy will govern with respect to the specific entity and jurisdiction it addresses. In all other respects, this policy governs.
