1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any website, product, service, program, or digital property operated by TADA Business Group DOO, Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC (TLC), or Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC (collectively, "TADA," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. Your continued use of our services following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Services Offered
TADA Business Group and its affiliated entities provide executive leadership coaching, parent coaching, educational programs, digital content, and related consulting services. Specific services include, but are not limited to:
- The Connected Leader Program (offered through Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC)
- The Elevate Mastermind Membership (offered through Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC)
- One-on-One Executive Coaching (offered through Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC)
- The Connected Parent book and coaching programs (offered through Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC)
- Digital content, publications, and online educational resources published under any TADA entity
The specific terms governing individual programs and purchases are set out in enrollment agreements, purchase confirmations, and the supplemental Terms & Conditions of the applicable entity.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
For organizational or corporate engagements, the individual accepting these Terms represents that they have authority to bind the organization on whose behalf they are acting.
4. Accounts and Registration
Certain services require you to create an account or register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected]. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
5.1 Payment Terms
All fees for programs and services are stated at the point of purchase. Payment is due in accordance with the payment schedule presented at enrollment. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice; changes will not affect confirmed enrollments already in progress.
5.2 Payment Processing
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through our payment processor. You agree to the terms and privacy policies of those processors in addition to these Terms.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by program and is detailed in the enrollment agreement or purchase confirmation for each service. Where no specific refund policy is stated, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Services that have been substantially delivered are not eligible for refund. We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you. Access to services may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your enrollment and referral to collections in accordance with applicable law.
6. Coaching Relationship and Limitations
6.1 Nature of Coaching
Coaching services provided by TADA Business Group and its affiliated entities are professional coaching services designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal or financial consulting.
6.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or achievements. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances, and commitment to the process.
6.3 Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions at all times. Coaching is a collaborative process that requires your active engagement. You agree to take responsibility for implementing any insights, strategies, or commitments that arise from your coaching engagement.
6.4 Mental Health and Medical Referrals
If any issue arises during coaching that falls outside the scope of professional coaching — including mental health concerns, medical conditions, or legal matters — your coach may refer you to an appropriate licensed professional. TADA does not provide medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or legal services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content, materials, frameworks, methodologies, curricula, branding, and intellectual property associated with TADA Business Group DOO, Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC (TLC), and Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC — including but not limited to the ELEVATE framework, The Connected Leader Program, The Elevate Mastermind Membership, and The Connected Parent — are the exclusive property of TADA Business Group DOO or its licensors.
7.2 Permitted Use
Upon purchase or enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for your personal, non-commercial development purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or creation of derivative works.
7.3 Prohibited Use
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any TADA content without prior written consent. This includes sharing program recordings, workbooks, frameworks, or any proprietary materials with third parties.
7.4 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our services, you grant TADA a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any business purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
8. Confidentiality
Coaching engagements and group program sessions may involve the sharing of personal, professional, or sensitive information. All coaches operating under TADA Business Group abide by the professional ethics code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which includes maintaining confidentiality of client communications.
For group programs and mastermind settings, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. Information shared by other members within any TADA group program may not be disclosed outside the group without the explicit consent of the individual who shared it.
9. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in conduct that is harmful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward TADA staff, coaches, or other program participants
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services
- Use our services to promote competing offerings or solicit other participants for external services
- Impersonate TADA, its coaches, or its affiliates
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts the integrity or experience of group programs
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any participant who violates these conduct standards, without refund obligation where the violation is material.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 "As Is" Provision
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TADA Business Group DOO, Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC (TLC), Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, coaches, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TADA Business Group DOO and its affiliated entities and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a coaching engagement or program enrollment in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable enrollment agreement or purchase confirmation. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to access program materials ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict of law principles. For services delivered through Transformational Leadership Coaching LLC (TLC) or Tyge Aleksander Coaching LLC, the supplemental Terms & Conditions of the applicable entity may specify additional or alternative governing law provisions for US-based clients.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
13.3 Jurisdiction
For matters governed by Montenegrin law, the courts of Herceg Novi, Montenegro shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For US-based clients engaged through a US entity, the supplemental Terms of that entity may specify an alternative dispute resolution forum.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or by prominent notice on our website. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of revision. Your continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable supplemental Terms, enrollment agreements, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TADA with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications or representations.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of TADA Business Group DOO.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet outages, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as promptly as possible.
